Willey Consulting LLC
About

Find what's broken. Explain it plainly. Fix it.

I'm a single father based in Sherwood, Arkansas. I run Willey Consulting LLC from a home office, and I work with trades businesses and small service operations — the kind where one person is usually doing the job and running the business at the same time. I'm not a software company. I'm a Technical Consultant who spent a long time in the field before I ever touched a line of code.

I spent six years in plumbing — residential and commercial — and four more in commercial maintenance. Before that I was a Navy Missile Technician, where the standard wasn't close enough, it was correct or it fails. After the trades I moved into RV diagnostics and earned my RVTI Level 1 certification. Complex systems, real consequences, customers who needed it explained in plain English. I've since added formal AI training through Google's professional programs. The through-line across all of it is the same: find what's broken, explain it plainly, fix it.

What I figured out along the way is that the gap in most small operations isn't the work — it's everything around the work. Scheduling that doesn't talk to dispatch. Follow-up that depends on someone remembering to do it. A lead that came in at 7am while the truck was already rolling. That layer of the business either runs on systems or it runs on willpower, and willpower runs out by Wednesday.

The systems I build are held to the same standard. When I wire something into your operation — a notification that fires when a customer submits a form, a Gmail inbox that surfaces what matters instead of burying it, a Zapier connection between two tools that didn't talk before — it either works correctly or I fix it. That's not a guarantee I invented for a website. That's the only standard I know. I've connected intake forms to Telegram and Discord alerts, built email routing that keeps the right messages from getting lost, and set up automations that hand work off between tools without anyone in the middle. If your operation generates information — requests, appointments, follow-ups — I can make sure it lands where it needs to without you touching it.

I built this business because I've been the person doing the work and running the business at the same time. I know what that day looks like and I know where the cracks are. If your operation is held together with sticky notes and good intentions, that's exactly where I start.

What I do
Technical consulting for trades and service businesses. AI automation and system integration — scheduling, dispatch, lead capture, follow-up — connected so routine work happens without you doing it manually.
Who I do it for
One-person operations, small service businesses, trades shops. If you work with your hands and run the business at the same time, that's my lane.
