Program Description
Willey Consulting LLC provides AI-powered SMS alert and notification services to small businesses. When a customer submits a service request through a business owner's intake form, the business owner receives an SMS alert with the customer's name, phone number, job type, and notes. Messages are transactional — directly related to a submitted service request.
How to Opt In
Business owners voluntarily opt in to receive SMS alert notifications by completing the activation form. The form collects your name, business name, and mobile number, and includes a voluntary opt-in checkbox with the following disclosure: "I voluntarily opt in to receive SMS notifications from Willey Consulting LLC when new customer inquiries are submitted through my intake form. Message frequency: one message per new customer inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance." Consent is voluntary and not a condition of any service. No SMS messages are sent until the activation form is submitted with the checkbox checked.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To re-enable messages, reply START.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Most messages are sent once per service request or inquiry. You will not receive recurring marketing messages.
