When you submit a service request through our intake forms, we collect your name, phone number, and a description of your service request. We collect this information solely to notify the business owner of your request and to follow up with you regarding service scheduling.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to send an SMS notification to the business owner and to contact you regarding your service request. We do not use your information for marketing purposes.

SMS Messaging

If you provide your phone number through our intake form, the business owner you are contacting may follow up with you via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is shared only with the business owner for whom the intake form was submitted. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain submitted information only as long as necessary to fulfill the service request. We do not maintain long-term customer databases.
